President's Message

The year is almost over, but we’ve had a great year at EAA Chapter 1111. At each meeting we’ve had some great education programs throughout the year. Also, several members have presented excellent safety programs for all of us to learn from. We’ve had record turnouts at the meetings, annual BBQ/fly-in and Holiday party. And we can’t forget all the airplane rides we gave to the Young Eagles. The club membership is growing. With the help of a major newsletter advertiser we’ve been able to lower the membership dues to make membership in our chapter even more appealing. Although I’m sure we can we can contribute much of the high meeting attendance to Al’s gourmet meals!

I’d like to thank all the members who have made this year such a success. It wouldn’t be possible without everyone pitching in. We’re looking forward to a great 2013.
